Aston Villa Football Club Limited is seeking a Cleaning Services Manager at Bodymoor Heath Training Ground to lead a 24/7 cleaning operation across Club sites. You will manage staffing, schedules, and quality inspections to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership, attention to detail, and up-to-date Health & Safety knowledge including COSHH.

• Experience in a supervisory/ management role with a proven leadership track record.

• Up-to-date Health & Safety knowledge and COSHH awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Cleaning Services operations 24/7 across Club sites.
• Coordinate staffing, shifts, and cover; lead and develop the team.
• Manage cleaning schedules, monitor quality inspections and standards.
• Oversee budgets, supplies, equipment, and contractor relations.
• Work with other Club teams on service improvements and waste management.
