Qualifications

• Relevant industrial experience and a willingness to gain first aid certification.
• Ability to carry out general maintenance repairs and upkeep.
• Commitment to health and safety and practical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate buildings across the College sites.
• Be on call for out of hours requirements with paid allowance.
• Assist with deliveries, security, and general facilities tasks.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain clean, safe premises.
• Liaise with contractors and manage incident logs where needed.
