Job summary

Join Nuffield Health as a Building Services Manager at our Guildford facility. You will manage the entire site, from the building shell to surrounding grounds, and oversee maintenance of pools, mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating and ventilation.

Lead a hands-on team, drive a preventative maintenance programme and use CAFM systems to handle queries efficiently. Enjoy a benefits package including gym access and health assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance engineer, technician or manager.
• Strong hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a facilities environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the whole site from shell to grounds.
• Maintain pools, mechanical plant, AHU, heating and ventilation.
• Deal with queries via electronic CAFM system.
• Inspire the team and lead by example.
• Run a preventative maintenance programme and ensure reliability.
• Develop skills and build a strong maintenance team.
