Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood in the United Kingdom offers a 12.5-month placement year in Facilities Management and Building Services. You will support the Sites Services team with EH&S, environmental standards, and the delivery of major facility projects.

The role is suitable for undergraduates in Facilities Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture, on track for a 2:2, with an interest in project management and strong IT skills (MS Office, CAD).

Competenze

• Pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture with a 2:2 expected.
• Experience or keen interest in Project Management.
• IT-literate with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CAD familiarity.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day activities, assist with events and organise meetings.
• Assist in service-provider steering and contract management.
• Analyse and optimise processes and workflows.
• Assist in tendering construction projects and contracts.
• Participate in project meetings with internal partners and help deliver project requirements.
• Take responsibility for the deliverables of your sub-projects.
• Maintain regular communication across departments on site.
• Support site walk-arounds, inspections and audits to improve facilities.
