The Sites Services department is responsible for guiding Rolls Royce Motor Cars through environment, health and safety, environmental standards, as well as legal compliance to ensure a safe working environment. The department oversee the integration and execution of major Facility related projects such as office refurbishments, site extensions, sustainability initiatives, and digitalization efforts. The department also manages a variety of contractors providing technical facilities management, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, catering services, and security to maintain high-quality performance. Additionally, the Sites Services team is tasked with modernising the production facilities and processes.
