A background in maintenance or a related trade is valued, along with a proactive, independent, team-oriented approach and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• General maintenance, repairs and refurbishment work.
• Support upkeep of buildings, equipment, grounds and facilities.
• Use trade skills in plumbing, carpentry, decorating, or joinery.
• Complete health and safety and site compliance checks.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support contractors and suppliers when specialist works are required.
• Maintain tools, equipment and maintenance records.
• Help ensure facilities remain safe, secure and well-presented.
