Hillingdon Manor School, part of Outcomes First Group, is seeking a proactive Facilities Assistant to help keep our autism-specific facilities well-maintained and safe. The role covers repairs, site upkeep, and collaboration with contractors across two sites in Hillingdon.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a high standard of service. We value practical hands-on abilities across trades, with a strong emphasis on health and safety and high-quality workmanship.

Qualificações

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, or related trade.
• Practical, proactive, and good at solving problems.
• Understands health and safety importance.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment work.
• Support upkeep of buildings, equipment, grounds, and facilities.
• Use trade skills in plumbing, carpentry, decorating, or joinery.
• Complete routine health and safety, fire safety, and site compliance checks.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Support contractors and suppliers for specialist works.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Help ensure facilities remain safe, secure, and well-presented.
