Job description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 37 hours per week.

As a Facilities Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facility management within the wider facilities team. Shift Pattern:

• Monday: Full-time (Days)
• Tuesday: Full-time (Days)
• Wednesday: Full-time (Days)
• Thursday: Full-time (Days)
• Friday: Full-time (Nights)
• Saturday: Off
• Sunday: Full-time (Days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Maintaining the exterior of the site, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and in good repair, including external maintenance
• Assisting the facilities team with contractor management, including signing contractors in and out and ensuring adherence to site policies
• Opening and/or closing the building as required
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
