An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Community Facilities Manager to join the team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (RDUH).
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in managing staff and operational services on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, a proven track record of multi-tasking, and outstanding planning and organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will play a key role in ensuring smooth service delivery across multiple sites.
The Community Facilities Service supports several community hospitals, covering locations from Axminster to Moretonhampstead. As such, the role requires a high degree of flexibility and independence, along with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the region.

More detail about the role
The post holder will support the Community Facilities Manager in managing Facilities Services across all community hospital sites within the Eastern Division of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This includes ensuring appropriate staffing levels in line with agreed rotas and shift patterns to meet service delivery standards and client requirements at all times.
Key Responsibilities
