Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Facilities Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of our facilities by ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the facility.
  2. Assist with setting up meeting rooms and events.
  3. Monitor and replenish supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  4. Respond promptly to facility-related requests and issues.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  6. Support the Facilities Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
