About The Job:
As a Facilities Assistant, you will play a vital role in our client's daily operations by:



  • Managing a busy reception desk and being the first point of contact for visitors

  • Assisting new starters with setting up ID cards and IT equipment

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area, ensuring a warm welcome

  • Overseeing health and safety protocols within the office ????

  • Arranging travel for senior team members and scheduling meetings ️

  • Coordinating and organising events to enhance team engagement
