Job summary

You will lead site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, while maintaining schedule and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management in construction environments.
• Strong communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of façade systems and project sequencing.
• Health and safety compliance and site governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of the major façade remediation project in Leeds, from site establishment to practical completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, plant, materials and site logistics to meet programme.
• Ensure activities comply with project specs, standards and health and safety legislation.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, inductions and progress meetings with accurate records.
• Work with Project Managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.
• Identify and resolve site issues quickly to minimise delays and maintain productivity.
• Occasional nationwide travel may be required.
