Job summary

Amida is seeking a Facades Package Manager for a permanent role in London. The successful candidate will coordinate programmes and site activities to align with project requirements, review installation processes for efficiency, and ensure safety guidelines are followed.

Interfaces with subcontractors and stakeholders will be extensive, with a focus on delivering large unitised or architectural pre-cast packages.

Qualifications

• Five years plus package management experience with a Tier 1 or 2 contractor or leading developer.
• Building envelope subcontractor background delivering large unitised, stick or architectural pre-cast packages up to £40 million.
• Strong programme coordination, installation oversight, and safety compliance skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programmes and site activities to ensure they are in line with project requirements
• Review all installation processes for efficiency and ensure compliance with relevant safety guidelines.
• Manage and coordinate with architects, engineering professionals, clients and sub-contractors to ensure that key targets and programmes are achieved
• Review façade design and interface details
• Developing best suitable construction methodologies for the project
• Reviewing and monitoring design development against CP's (Contractor Proposals)
• Construction work programme development and consequent monitoring
• Sequencing construction works to ensure handover dates are met
• Reviewing and signing off risk assessments and method statements
• Preparing short term planning programmes/look aheads

Amida seeks a Facades Package Manager for a permanent position in London, offering £80,000–£90,000 per annum plus package. The successful candidate will coordinate programmes and site activities to align with project requirements, review installation processes for efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines. Managing interfaces with subcontractors and stakeholders is also central. Applicants should bring over five years of package management experience with a Tier 1 or 2 contractor or leading developer, or a background with a building envelope subcontractor delivering large unitised, stick or architectural pre-cast packages worth up to £40 million. Strong programme coordination, installation oversight, and safety compliance skills are essential for this London-based facades role. My client who''re a leading player in the Dandamp;B and CM marketplace on construction contracts up to £500million are now in the marketplace for another Facades Package Manager. The ideally candidate will have over 5 years package management experience, either working for a Tier 1 or 2 contractor or leading developer. Following on, candidates who come from a sub-contracting building envelope provider that has delivered large unitised, stick or architectural pre-cast packages up to £40million in value will also be heavily considered.
