Jobs247 is seeking a Facade Package Manager to lead package planning and coordinate design, procurement and construction activities on our London-area projects.

The role requires oversight of subcontractors, strong procurement and contract negotiation skills, and a proven track record in facade packages within construction or engineering settings. You will report to senior leadership and drive value through risk-based decision making.

This Facade Package Manager position focuses on reviewing and approve subcontractor applications, ensuring payments align with contract agreements and project progress.

What you'll build and improve

Lead package planning, ensuring design, procurement, and construction activities are effectively coordinated, manage interfaces between different project disciplines, ensuring seamless integration of design, manufacturing, and construction phases and oversee subcontractor performance, monitoring deliverables, compliance, and alignment with project specifications.

• Ensure procurement activities align with project needs, negotiating and managing supplier contracts effectively
• Assist in monitoring the performance of subcontractors and reporting on progress to senior management
• Drive value engineering initiatives, identifying cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality and performance
• Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring transparency on project progress, challenges, and key milestones
