Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Operations Coordinator - Facades in Newcastle under Lyme. The role coordinates logistics and supply for construction products, provides admin support across logistics and purchasing, and manages deliveries and PO communications.

The position requires IT literacy and strong organisational skills, with a Monday–Friday 08:30–17:00 schedule and benefits including pension and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration within construction or related sectors.
• Exposure to procurement, logistics, supply, operations, warehousing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with IT systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and supply for construction products and accessories.
• Provide administrative support across logistics, purchasing and operations.
• Coordinate deliveries, courier bookings and transport requirements.
• Manage purchase orders, stock requirements and supplier communications.
• Maintain records, documentation and systems (PODs, data, purchasing).
• Support KPI reporting, stock analysis, compliance and continuous improvement projects.
