Job summary

SER Limited, a specialist façade business based in Hazel Grove, Stockport, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of multiple live projects valued up to around £5m. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary and bonus, with opportunities for progression in a growing team.

The role involves working closely with the Commercial Director, Project Managers and Site Managers to deliver accurate cost control, procurement, and contract administration across UK

Qualifications

• Proven ability to estimate and cost plan on multiple live projects.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting.
• Experience with valuations, applications for payment and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and cost planning for projects.
• Budgeting and forecasting for cost control.
• Commercial reporting to stakeholders on progress and variances.
• Valuations and applications for payment to clients and subcontractors.
• Managing and valuing variations, final accounts.
• Procurement and subcontractor management.
