Job summary

Construction is seeking an Estimator - Facades in Basildon to handle tender enquiries, liaise with clients and suppliers, and produce formal quotations for diverse facade projects. You will assess prices, manage documentation, and support bids from £500k to £25m with a proactive, team-focused attitude.

The role requires strong estimating experience in cladding/facades, good communication, and solid numerical skills to deliver accurate costings and successful tenders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cladding/facade industry required.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent time management and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Review tender enquiries and understand project requirements.
• Produce formal quotations to clients.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and manufacturers for prices.
• Maintain tender documentation in internal databases.
• Estimate for projects from £500k to £25m.
