Henley Chase in Leicester is seeking an experienced Facade & Cladding Estimator to join our growing specialist team. You will prepare competitive tenders and accurate cost estimates for façade and cladding packages across commercial and residential projects.

You'll review drawings, specs and tender documents, conduct take-offs and price project packages, and analyse supplier quotes. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential to delivering value and success on large-scale schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating facades, rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, or building envelope systems.
• Strong reading of construction drawings and specs.
• Good commercial awareness and accuracy.
• Proficient with Excel or estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for façade and cladding systems.
• Review architectural drawings, specs and tender docs.
• Perform material take-offs and price project packages.
• Obtain and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Assist with tender proposals.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and risks.
