Estimator - Facades role for a growing specialist contractor, based in Clitheroe. You will take ownership of tenders from initial enquiry through to submission and handover, pricing a range of facade and refurbishment projects.

The role requires strong experience in rainscreen cladding, with knowledge of systems such as Kingspan, Trespa, Equitone, and SFS. A full UK driving licence is essential, with a UK-based, on-site working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating facade projects, especially rainscreen cladding and refurbishments.
• Strong ability to price refurbishment and overcladding works with attention to buildability.
• Solid technical knowledge of rainscreen and ventilated cladding systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, competitive tenders for rainscreen and facade projects.
• Review drawings, specs, surveys and scope to build detailed project costs.
• Price systems including ventilated cladding, overcladding, curtain walling, composite panels.
