Job Title: Fabricator/Welder Supervisor

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm, Friday 7am-4pm

Type: Permanent + benefits

Company Overview

Gentech Recruitment is partnering with a client based in Craigavon to recruit a Welder/Fabricator Supervisor.

Responsibilities

1. Liaise with the Senior Fabricator & Fabrication Coordinator to establish workload requirements.
2. Read and understand pipe fabrication drawings for each project.
3. Fabricate pipe sets for various diameters (typically carbon steel & stainless steel pipes ranging from 65mm to 500mm) from shop drawings.
4. Ensure adherence to company welding procedures and proper pipe preparation and fit-up standards.
5. Coordinate with line managers regarding defects, safety issues, and non-conformances.
6. Manage work progress to meet deadlines and specifications.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Previous MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Fabrication experience.
• Supervisory experience.
