Position Details

• Role: Welder (Nightshift) / Fabricator (Dayshift)
• Location: Coatbridge
• Duration: Temporary & Permanent positions available (Dayshift or Nightshift)
• Pay Rate: Dayshift £22/hr, Nightshift £28/hr (enhanced rates for overtime)
• Shifts: Dayshift Monday-Friday 8am-4pm; Nightshift Monday-Friday 8pm-6am (9.5 hrs paid, 0.5 hr unpaid break)
• Overtime: Available all week, paid after 39 hours
• Pay Model: CIS/Umbrella; PAYE available after 13 weeks

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Welding and fabrication of heavy structures, such as bridges or vessels/ships
• Full UK driving license (preferred)
• Weld to a good visual standard
