Job summary

Only FE is seeking an Engineering Instructor to deliver Fabrication and Welding theory and practical sessions to apprenticeship learners at the Blackburn facility. You will harness industry experience to inspire and equip the next generation of engineers with skills and professional behaviours.

Working with learners from diverse backgrounds, you will plan engaging lessons, provide constructive feedback and support apprentices toward their qualifications, while helping to grow our engineering

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 Literacy, Numeracy and ICT
• Must hold Level 3 Engineering qualification
• Level 3 Teaching Qualification and Assessor Award or willingness to work towards
• Current knowledge of engineering sector and Fabrication & Welding

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality practical and theoretical learning in Fabrication and Welding
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire learners
• Support apprentices throughout their learning journey toward qualifications
• Develop vocational and work-related skills meeting industry standards
• Create a positive inclusive learning environment
