Job summary

Genuit Group is hiring Fabrication Operators to safely run fabrication machines and sustain high-quality production. The role reports to the Fabrication Senior Team Leader and requires focus on meeting production targets in a Monday-to-Friday schedule, 08:00–16:30.

You will work under safe systems, wear PPE as needed, and collaborate with engineers and team leaders to prioritise work. The position emphasizes accuracy, problem-solving, and commitment to company values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment and working to safety standards.
• Attention to detail with ability to hit KPIs and performance targets.
• Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload.
• Proven problem-solving with root-cause analysis.
• Adaptable thinker capable of handling change and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment safely and maintain production quality.
• Follow Safe Systems of Work and use PPE as required.
• Only operate equipment you are trained to use and record data.
• Escalate issues to Engineers and Senior Team Leaders via the job card system.
• Maintain housekeeping and contribute to a no-harm culture.
• Communicate with colleagues to prioritise workload and meet targets.
• Adhere to company guiding principles and values.
• Suggest improvements to your supervisor for your area.
