Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor at HMNB Clyde Faslane, Helensburgh, to lead and coordinate engineering work packages within our Nuclear Repair team. You will ensure safety, quality and timely delivery across fleet assets.

You'll manage teams and subcontractors, apply safe systems of work, and build strong stakeholder relationships while reporting progress. The role is full-time and on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in engineering or industrial environments.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (nuclear/defence/marine).
• Strong knowledge of safe systems of work.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Capability to work safely at heights where required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, sequence and schedule tasks for safe, efficient delivery.
