Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor in Cullompton, Devon, to lead a manufacturing team in a fast-paced engineering environment. You will oversee CNC fabrication operations, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and drive efficiency while developing junior staff.

Qualifications

• Good experience operating CNC machinery.
• CAD / CAM experience / familiarity.
• Prior experience with creating and implementing maintenance schedules.
• Comfortable dealing with external contractors.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Forklift license - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervised CNC fabrication operations and personnel.
• Programmed and operated CNC punch, plasma and press brake machines.
• Performed preventative maintenance and fault finding.
• Trained and developed junior team members.
• Supported wider production and logistics functions.
• Ensured quality, productivity and delivery targets were met.
