Job summary
Hunter Selection | B Corp™ in Cullompton is seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in a fast-paced engineering environment. You will oversee daily CNC fabrication operations, ensuring quality, productivity and on-time delivery while blending hands-on technical work with leadership.
The role requires experience with CNC punching, plasma and press brake, plus maintenance planning and contractor liaison; day shifts and progression opportunities are provided.
Qualifications
- Good experience operating CNC machinery.
- CAD / CAM experience / familiarity.
- Experience creating and implementing maintenance schedules.
- Comfortable dealing with external contractors.
- Experience leading or supervising a team.
Responsibilities
- Supervised CNC fabrication operations and personnel.
- Programmed and operated CNC punch, plasma and press brake machines.
- Performed preventative maintenance and fault finding.
- Trained and developed junior team members.
