Confidential in Hockley, Essex, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive outbound sales and develop new business opportunities within the fabrication sector. This office-based role focuses on building relationships, meeting clients face-to-face, and progressing orders with full training on the company's software.

The successful candidate will join a close-knit team, work closely with the office and warehouse, and have the opportunity to influence growth while earning a base salary of 32,000–37,000

Qualifications

• Experience in the ceramics/fabrication industry is desirable.
• Outbound calling, telesales or business development experience.
• Confident engaging with prospective customers and building relationships.
• Willing to learn Zoho software; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Meet potential clients and build relationships face-to-face.
• Identify potential customers and develop relationships to secure larger orders.
• Proactively follow up on sales enquiries, quotations and potential orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the fabrication industry.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate the company's products and services effectively.
• Work closely with the office and warehouse teams to support the smooth progression of customer orders.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity and follow-up tasks using software.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
• Manage sales activity independently, prioritising leads and following up opportunities effectively.
