Job summary

PRS Recruitment is recruiting a Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance at Surrey. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £20, with potential temp-to-perm. Walton-on-Thames, GB location.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance for commercial buildings.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing and lamp changes.
• Familiar with Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPMs).
• Willing to work in Walton-on-Thames and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic plumbing tasks.
• Change lamps and take temperatures.
• Perform flushing, PPMs, and reactive maintenance.
• Assist other engineers on site.
• Replace floor tiles as required.

• Assist other engineers onsite as required
• Replacement of floor tiles (carpet ceramic)
