Job summary

PRS Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Fabric Technician to join a large maintenance team across a varied property estate. You will travel between multiple buildings, carrying out planned maintenance and reactive repairs to residential and commercial properties.

The role offers a £36,000 salary, a company van and fuel card, Monday to Friday 07:30-16:00, with a 40-hour working week and overtime paid for call-outs.

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• General building fabric repairs and maintenance
• Carpentry and joinery repairs
• Door, frame and ironmongery repairs
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Minor plastering, patching and making good
• Painting and decorating
• Tiling and flooring repairs
• Repair and replacement of fixtures and fittings
• Maintenance and repairs within residential properties
• Working in communal areas and plantrooms
• Removal and replacement of domestic white goods
• Supporting minor refurbishment and project works
• Identifying defects and carrying out remedial repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Fabric Technician - £36,000 + Company Van

We're looking for an experienced Fabric Technician to join an established maintenance team working across a large and varied property estate.

You'll be responsible for maintaining a wide range of residential and commercial properties, including communal areas, plantrooms and other facilities. Due to the size of the estate, you'll travel between multiple buildings throughout the working day.

A company van and fuel card are provided for travel between sites.
