Job summary

HVAC Recruitment in West London is seeking an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our client’s team covering commercial buildings across the area. The role involves planned and reactive fabric maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, painting and routine site inspections.

You will cover 5-10 sites in Twickenham, Heathrow and Richmond, have a full UK driving licence, and use an iPad for job sheets. The package includes a salary up to £40,000, door-to-door travel, a company van for personal use,

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Mobile Fabric Engineer or similar roles.
• Strong all-round fabric maintenance skills including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating.
• Experience in building services or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Mobile Fabric Engineer | West London | Up to £40,000 | Door-to-Door Travel

Location: West London (Twickenham / Heathrow / Richmond)

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Door-to-Door Travel + Overtime + Company Van

Hours: Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer looking for your next role in commercial building maintenance?

We’re recruiting for a skilled Mobile Fabric Engineer to join a growing engineering team covering a portfolio of commercial buildings across West London. This is a permanent position offering door-to-door travel, a company van with personal use, excellent benefits, and genuine career progression.

The Role

• Planned preventative and reactive fabric maintenance
• General building repairs including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating
• Basic patch plastering, tiling, door and lock repairs
• Carrying out routine building inspections and completing electronic logbooks
• Building strong relationships with clients across a portfolio of commercial sites
• Covering approximately 5-10 sites across the Twickenham, Heathrow and Richmond areas

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Mobile Fabric Engineer, Fabric Engineer, Fabric Technician or Maintenance Operative
• Strong all-round fabric maintenance skills
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, decorating and general building repairs
• Commercial facilities maintenance or building services experience
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using an iPad to complete job sheets and site logbooks
• Full UK Driving Licence
