Job summary

Randstad CPE in Oxford is seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to maintain and repair building fabric on a static site. You will handle plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance tasks to keep facilities running smoothly.

The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with competitive pay up to £35k, pension, and overtime opportunities. You should have proven trade experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Technician with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, they are currently seeking a fabric technician to join a team on a static site around the Oxford area.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services. Your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Carpentry work
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• General maintenance and repairs as required
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner
