Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Fabric Technician for a static site around the Bordon area. The role covers plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance with a strong emphasis on reliability and hands-on problem solving.

You will join a facilities maintenance team delivering high standards of repairs and preventative maintenance, working Mon-Fri with on-call/out-of-hours as required. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Technician with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, they are currently seeking a fabric technician to join a team on a static site around the Bordon area.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services. Your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Carpentry work
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• General maintenance and repairs as required
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner
