Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Fabric Technician in Oxford to join a large facilities maintenance company on a static site. The role covers plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance with a salary up to £35k.

The successful candidate will undertake maintenance and repair tasks, including PPM, with strong focus on quality and timely delivery on a Monday–Friday schedule on a static site around Oxford.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Relevant trade qualifications are required.
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair services on site.
• Plumbing repairs and installations.
• Carpentry work as required.
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• General maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services. Your role will include, but is not limited to:
