Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property is recruiting a Fabric Technician for a static site in the Oxford area. The role focuses on maintenance across plumbing, carpentry and general trades, with a Monday to Friday schedule and a salary up to £35k.

You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and respond to reactive requests, ensuring work is completed to high standards. Candidates should have relevant trade qualifications and strong communication skills.

Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Technician with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, they are currently seeking a fabric technician to join a team on a static site around the Oxford area.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services. Your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Carpentry work

• General maintenance and repairs as required
