Responsibilities

• Assisting with day-to-day delivery, coordination and monitoring of the fabric maintenance programme for council assets and related projects.
• Organisation, deployment and supervision of the direct labour force within the section.
• Assist in the running of Property Maintenance by liaising with service colleagues, the department, occupiers and contractors.
• Effective management and monitoring of contracted services for fabric projects.
• Pre- and post-inspection of work to ensure compliance with specifications and workmanship quality.
