Job summary

Prime Recruitment Services is recruiting an experienced Project Officer (Fabric) to join a busy Property Maintenance team in Belfast. You will manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion, working with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to standard.

The role requires architectural/technical expertise, strong project management, CAD/BIM familiarity, and knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification in Architectural Technology, Construction Engineering & Management, Construction and the Built Environment.
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in delivering architectural design services and managing projects.
• Experience with CAD applications and project management of architectural projects per RIBA Plan of Work.

Responsibilities

• Managing refurbishment and bespoke projects from inception to completion.
• Producing architectural design services and detailed design and procurement packages.
• Producing architectural drawings and specifications using CAD.
• Managing projects in line with the RIBA Plan of Work and project management methods.
• Procurement and management of external consultants; preparing contract docs.
