CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Fabric Engineer for a high-profile building in Salisbury. The role covers planned and reactive fabric maintenance within a large on-site team, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.

You will apply carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, door hardware, and general building upkeep to keep the facility in top condition. The position offers up to £33,000 plus package, overtime, and clear routes for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Ability to work in a team on a large static site.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Basic Carpentry and painting tasks.
• Door hardware and lock maintenance.
• Floor repairs and minor furniture fixes.
• Install/repair blinds and basic plumbing.
• Keep and update log books.
• Escort subcontractors on site.
