Job summary

Alice Rose Recruitment Ltd is seeking a proactive Fabric Engineer to perform general building fabric maintenance in a busy commercial property in Moorgate, London. You will apply painting and decorating skills, undertake minor carpentry, and handle general maintenance tasks, contributing to smooth building operations.

The role requires hands-on individuals with a can-do attitude, capable of working both independently and as part of a team, in a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Fabric Technician / Handyman / Building Maintenance role.
• Strong skills in painting, decorating, and basic carpentry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Right to work in the UK.
