CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is recruiting a Fabric Engineer to be based in a commercial office space near Moorgate, London. You will handle general fabric duties in a commercial building, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting, with a salary up to £40,000 and opportunities for overtime and further training.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with no on-call shifts. The role offers 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial building maintenance
• Understanding of building fabric duties (Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, Electrical basics)
• Desire to pursue a career in maintenance
• Health & Safety experience
• Basic PC literacy (Word/Excel)
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Self-motivation with ability to manage tight deadlines

• Emergency lighting tests & fire alarm tests
• Painting & decorating

Fabric Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Moorgate, London - up to £40,000 per annum - No call out

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Moorgate, London. CBW is currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer to be based in a commercial office space located near Moorgate, London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades such as basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting etc. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000, overtime and further training.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• - Emergency lighting tests & Fire alarm tests
• - Painting & Decorating
• - Basic lighting
• - Basic Carpentry and plumbing
