Job summary

Lancer Scott in Wales is seeking a hands-on Building Services Maintenance operative focused on plumbing to work across Cardiff and Newport. You will handle decorating tasks, ensure materials are ordered, and keep clients informed about progress and any issues.

You will liaise with clients and helpdesk, update the job log, and provide documentation for records. The role requires clear communication and the ability to work with multiple systems while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Carry out decorating projects internally and externally.
• Request and check materials with helpdesk for correct delivery.

• Support Account Manager and Billing with query handling for invoicing.
• Perform plumbing-focused building services in Cardiff and Newport; install plasterboard, skirting and boxing.

Liaise with the client on any queries and be comfortable explaining any issues/challenges on a job. Confirm each job meets the required standards and provide paperwork for the clients records. Update the job log with notes and upload relevant documentation. Support the Account Manager and Billing Team with query management to aid the invoicing process.
