Job summary

You will liaise with clients and helpdesk, update the job log, and provide documentation for records. The role requires clear communication and the ability to work with multiple systems while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in general Building Services Maintenance.
• Strong communication and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to produce clear notes and emails and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Carry out decorating projects internally and externally.
• Request and check materials with helpdesk for correct delivery.
• Liaise with clients; explain issues clearly and maintain records.
• Update job logs and upload documentation for records.
• Support Account Manager and Billing with query handling for invoicing.
• Perform plumbing-focused building services in Cardiff and Newport; install plasterboard, skirting and boxing.
