Lancer Scott is recruiting for a building services maintenance role based at the University of the West of England, Bristol. You will deliver reactive and remedial maintenance to a high-profile client, using your initiative to solve technical problems and source parts where needed.
The role requires a trade qualification (C&G/NVQ L2/L3), at least 3 years’ relevant experience, and a full UK driving licence. A PDA/IT-literate approach and strong safety mindset are essential.
