Job summary

You will manage interviews, maintain ATS records, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure accurate, timely recruitment processes, contributing to a professional candidate journey and robust HR operations.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is essential.
• 2 years of experience in motorsport, preferably Formula 1, is preferred.
• Proven leadership in high-pressure, performance-driven environments.
