Job description

As a Structures Analyst at Red Bull Technology, you'll work on some of the most advanced engineering challenges in motorsport, using your analytical expertise to influence the design, optimisation and validation of components that help define the performance of our Formula One cars.

This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of motorsport innovation, analysing and optimising highly advanced structures that perform in one of the most demanding engineering environments in the world.

Your work will directly influence the performance, safety and reliability of our race cars, helping us push the limits of what's possible on and off the track.

What you’ll be doing
  • Deliver structural assessments and performance-driven analysis of components and assemblies, ensuring designs meet the demanding requirements of Formula One competition.
  • Use a combination of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and classical engineering calculations to validate, optimise and refine innovative design concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Aerodynamics, Vehicle Dynamics, R&D Testing and the Race Team to influence engineering decisions from concept through to trackside performance.
  • Investigate structural behaviour across a range of advanced materials, including composites, metals and plastics, helping to maximise performance while maintaining reliability and safety.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of our race cars by identifying opportunities for weight reduction, increased stiffness and enhanced durability in pursuit of competitive advantage.
What You'll Bring

We're looking for an engineer who combines strong analytical thinking with a practical understanding of real-world engineering challenges.

You’ll have:
  • Experience in structural analysis within a high-performance engineering environment.
  • Confidence using both classical hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) techniques.
  • A proven ability to investigate, optimise and validate engineering designs.
  • Broad knowledge of structural behaviour across a variety of materials, including composites, metals and plastics.
  • A collaborative mindset and the drive to continually challenge convention in pursuit of performance.
Why Join Us?

This is far more than a Structures Analyst role. It's a chance to see your work translated directly into world-class racing performance.

Alongside a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including:
  • Performance-related bonus scheme
  • Private healthcare
  • Life assurance
  • Company pension contribution
  • On-site gym and fitness classes
