Job summary

Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains offers a hands-on engineering placement in our state-of-the-art Technology Centre. You will work on quality and reliability across the external supply chain, partnering with Product Engineering and Purchasing to ensure production readiness and timely delivery of F1 components.

You should be an undergraduate in STEM with strong academic grounding, capable of solving complex problems and collaborating with high-precision suppliers in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Undergraduate study in STEM fields with strong academic basis.
• Hands-on technical experience outside lectures.
• Ability to challenge conventions and solve complex problems.
• Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality into external supply chain to meet F1 criteria.
• Evaluate supplier capability and ensure production readiness.
• Lead investigations for external supplier issues.
• Analyse assemblies for conformance to drawings and specs.
• Champion continuous improvement with suppliers.
• Manage containment of non-conforming products across network.
