Job summary

ALPINE RACING LIMITED is seeking a Composite Technician – Assembly & Trimming for a fixed-term contract until the end of 2027, on our night shift. You will trim, assemble and finish composite components to exacting standards for Formula 1 race cars, following drawings and specs.

You will work with aerospace-grade adhesives, read engineering documents, and collaborate across departments to hit production deadlines while upholding health, safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience trimming, assembling and finishing composite components, ideally within motorsport or high-performance engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings, templates, and trim instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Trimming, assembling, and finishing composite components per drawings and specs.
• Bond preparation with aerospace-grade adhesives.
• Ensure components meet dimensional and cosmetic standards.
• Maintain high quality and productivity in line with department expectations.
• Identify, document, and report non-conformances.
• Collaborate across departments to meet production deadlines.
• Follow health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the working environment.
