Job summary

Red Bull Technology invites penultimate-year engineering students to join our Aerodynamics team for a 12-month placement in Milton Keynes. You will work across Aerodynamics Development, Systems, Model Design, Surface Design, and Performance, supporting wind tunnel testing, CFD, and data analysis.

Successful candidates will contribute to aerodynamic design, develop analysis tools, and gain exposure to cutting-edge F1 technology while working closely with engineers from multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year student in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Automotive/Motorsport/Electrical/Systems Engineering/Maths/Physics/Computer Science, studying towards a degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze aerodynamics data from wind tunnel, CFD and track; report findings.
• Contribute to aerodynamic design of the car; support CFD modelling and wind tunnel work.
• Prepare and run CFD models; plan wind tunnel programs and document methods.
• Develop and maintain CAD/analysis tools and assist with design iterations.
• Collaborate with aero, software, mechanical and electronics engineers to solve problems.
