Job summary

Red Bull Racing F1 Team in Milton Keynes invites ambitious STEM students to join as a 13‑month placement starting July 2027. You will work across Aerodynamics, Vehicle Performance and Technology, applying CFD, data science, CAD and wind tunnel techniques to accelerate race car development.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a technical field such as Aero/Mechanical/CS.
• Interest in CFD, data science, and wind tunnel testing.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced Formula 1 environment (13-month placement).

Responsibilities

• Analyze CFD/Wind Tunnel simulations and produce reports to drive development decisions.
• Develop and refine data science tools to support engineering and performance decisions.
• Support race strategy analysis and performance tracking during events.
• Contribute to rapid-prototyping of CAD surfaces and aerodynamic components.
• Assist in wind tunnel data analysis and test planning.
