Red Bull Technology is offering undergraduate placement opportunities in their Electronics team at the Milton Keynes campus. The year-long placement runs from summer 2027 and provides exposure to Formula 1 engineering, collaborating with Design and Production to develop on-car and off-car hardware solutions.
You will be supported by experienced engineers, with CAD training provided. Candidates ideally studying Electrical/Electronics degrees and returning to university for at least one year after
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
- Strong computer literacy and aptitude for hands-on tasks.
- Willingness to return to university for at least 1 year after the placement.
Responsabilités
- Design on-car hardware solutions, pit gear and rig equipment.
- Create loom and sensor drawings, system diagrams and design standards.
- Use test equipment in the Test and Inspection facility to validate designs.
- Perform fault investigations on sensors and actuators.
- Assist in general workshop and car build tasks.
