Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly F&B Team Member to join our Belfast hotel team. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help keep dining areas inviting and well‑stocked.

You’ll work closely with kitchen and bar colleagues to deliver consistent, high‑quality service. Previous food and beverage experience is a plus, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional approach with a passion for guest experiences.
• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is welcomed.
• Clear communication to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• Keen eye for detail in order accuracy and presentation.
• Team-focused and ready to jump in to keep service flowing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting dining space.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards in the workspace.
• Work with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.

What you’ll be doing...

• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
